Fuengirola is one of the most famous cities on the Costa del Sol. On this tour we invite you to walk through the city center and discover all the stories that its streets hide through its most emblematic places.
The tour begins next to the Monumento al Pescador, where we will talk about the fishing tradition and the port of Fuengirola, from here we go to the Teresa Zabell square to talk about it and the oldest history of the area. After this we leave the beach behind to stroll through the city to the Constitución square, here we will talk about the evolution of Fuengirola and the Nuestra Señora del Rosario’s Church.
We will continue with our journey through history to discover what the conquest of this city was like next to the Monument to the Catholic Monarchs, following the path towards the Ermita de las Ánimas and then towards the Parish of Nuestra Señora del Carmen, just behind which find the Fuengirola Bullring.
To finish, we head to the Central Mosque of Fuengirola, where we will say goodbye, showing off the multiculturalism and tolerance of the Costa del Sol.
